Ms. Simmons is the daughter of Deanna Shy and Eric Enderle of Scott City and Joe and Twana Simmons of Fredericktown, Mo. She is a cashier at Dollar General. Johns is the son of Lonnie and Linda Johns of Wolf Lake, Ill., and Diane Murray of Alto Pass, Ill. He is assistant manager at Family Dollar.
