Lewis is the son of Roger and Linda Lewis of Sikeston, Missouri. He is self-employed at William Lewis Farms.

Schiwitz is the son of Robert and Dianne Schiwitz of Benton. He is also a teacher with the Scott City School District.

Mrs. Wilhelm is the former Kari Essner, daughter of Tim and Jeanne Essner of Benton, Missouri. She is a registered dietitian at Chateau Girardeau in Cape Girardeau. Wilhelm is the son of John Wilhelm of Scott City and Fran Coomer of Scott City. He is a fuel technician at Buzzi Unicem.
