Sheppard is the son of Mike and Martha Sheppard of Scott City. He is stationed with the U.S. Navy in Millington, Tenn.

Little is the son of Jerry and Myrna Little of Kelso, Mo. He is a deputy with Scott County Sheriff's Department.
