Ms. Zook is the daughter of Jerry and Linda Zook of Zalma, Mo. She is employed at McDonald's. Glazier is the son of Elline and Carl Privatt of Brownwood, Mo., and Michael Glazier of Cocoa, Fla. He is employed at Procter & Gamble.

Aufdenberg

Daughter to Roger Lee and Terra Dawn Aufdenberg of Jackson, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 10:53 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 5, 2008. Name, Emily Dawn. Weight, 6 pounds, 11 ounces. Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Aufdenberg is the daughter of Bob and Donna James of Cape Girardeau. She is a registered nurse at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Aufdenberg is the son of Leon and Donna Aufdenberg of Burfordville. He is employed at Auto Tire and Parts.

Pfefferkorn

Twin daughter and son to Brian Allan and Lora Jean Pfefferkorn of Chaffee, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, Monday, Oct. 6, 2008. Clorissa Ann was born at 8:37 a.m. and weighed 5 pounds. Mark Allan was born at 8:38 a.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces. First daughter and second son. Mrs. Pfefferkorn is the former Lora Missey, daughter of Ruth Missey and Clark Missey of Chaffee. Pfefferkorn is the son of Carla Shoemaker and Gilbert Eichhorn of Chaffee, and the late Mark Pfefferkorn. He is a carpenter with First Missouri Terminals.

Mrs. Thurston is the former Erika White, daughter of James White of Cairo, Ill., and Linda White of Anna, Ill. She is a self-employed court reporter. Thurston is the son of Robert and Judy Thurston of Pulaski. He is regional manager of Archer Daniels Midland Grain Co. in Mound City, Ill., New Madrid and Dudley, Mo.
