Mrs. Dilley is the former Melissa Terry, daughter of Joe Terry and Roberta Terry of Cape Girardeau. Dilley is the son of Allen Mossmayer and Joy Vilhauer of Napa, Calif. He is with the U.S. Army National Guard.

He is employed by Rodewald Farms.
