Couch of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Shirley Phillips of Cape Girardeau. He is a police officer.

Blanton

Daughter to Travis Blaine Blanton and Katie Elizabeth Johnson of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, 7:51 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, 2005. Name, Ellie Ann-Marie. Weight, 7 pounds, 15 ounces. Third child, second daughter. Ms. Johnson is the daughter of John and Beverly Johnson of Marble Hill, Mo., and Bill and Marie Dugger of Herrin, Ill. She is a certified nurse assistant at Southeast. Blanton is the son of the late Virgil and Virginia Blanton of Sullivan, Mo. He is a registered nurse in ICU at Southeast.

Weber

Twin sons to David Allen and Rhonda Renee Weber of Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri Hospital, Monday, Oct. 3, 2005. Kadyn Stone was born at 3:53 p.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces. Koehler Scott was born at 3:54 p.m. and weighed 5 pounds, 7 ounces. Third and fourth sons. Mrs. Weber is the former Rhonda Toppins, daughter of Lindy and Mike Brumbaugh of Barnhart, Mo. Weber is the son of Charlie and Marilyn Weber of Cape Girardeau. He is employed by Approved Auto Sales Inc.
