Mrs. McElroy is the former Misti Zoll, daughter of Randy Zoll of Dudley and Ann Zoll of Dexter, Mo. She is an elementary teacher with Puxico School District. McElroy is the son of Larry and Regina McElroy of Cape Girardeau. He is a senior transportation investigator with state of Missouri.

Phipps

Daughter to Brian Allen Phipps and Sheena Rae Wyatt of Scott City, Saint Francis Medical Center, 12:31 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007. Name, Monica Dawn. Weight, 6 pounds, 9 ounces. Second child, first daughter. Ms. Wyatt is the daughter of Karla Wyatt and John Wyatt of Scott City. Phipps is the son of Mary Phipps of Scott City. He is an operator with Gilster-Mary Lee.

Smith

Second child, first daughter. Mrs. Smith is the former Melissa Herbst, daughter of Bob and Cherie Herbst of Cape Girardeau. She is a child care facility specialist II with Department of Health and Senior Services section for child care regulation. Smith is the son of Truman Smith of Caruthersville, Mo., and the late Linda Phelps and James Phelps. He is construction manager with Dalhousie Construction.

Maurer

Mrs. Maurer is the former Ashley Moll, daughter of Joseph and Cheri Moll of Advance and Laurie and Todd Boles of Chester, Ill. She is a cashier at Town and Country. Maurer is the son of Steve and Wanda Maurer of Murphysboro, Ill. He is a welder with Schafer's.

Mrs. Baker is the former Sara Dameron, daughter of Tom and Cheryl Dameron of Jackson. She is a teller at First Midwest Bank. Baker is the son of Butch and Debby Baker of Jackson. He is owner of Heartland Moving Systems.

Moore

Mrs. Moore is the former Kathy Sauceda, daughter of the late Katherine Sauceda and Alex Sauceda. Moore is the son of Doris Moore and Danny Moore of Kelso, Mo. He is a carpenter with S&S Interiors.
