Ms. Hargrove is the daughter of Kathy Garner of Chaffee and Jim Hargrove of Oran, Mo. She is employed at Toddle Around Infant and Toddler Development Center. Lowes is the son of Debra Barnhouse of Cape Girardeau and Joe Lowes of Benton, Mo. He is employed at Southeast Missouri Glass Co.
