Mrs. Stoffregen is the former Cheri Crawford, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don Crawford of Brighton, Ill. She is employed by city of Jackson. Stoffregen is employed by Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Stoffregen of Delta.
