ANNIVERSARY: BOSWELLS OBSERVE 40 YEARS

SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Boswell of Scott City observed their 40th wedding anniversary with a family celebration March 3, 2001, in Scott City. Hosts were their children.

Boswell and Suzanne Rendleman were married March 4, 1961, at Shawneetown Methodist Church in Illinois. He is the son of Bonnie Bess of Bloomfield, Mo., and the late George Eldon Boswell. Mrs. Boswell is the daughter of Thomas and Mona Rendleman of Bell City, Mo.

The Boswells children and spouses are: Thomas and Karen Boswell of Liberty, Mo., Rosa and Roger Cundiff of Chaffee, Mo., Cynthia and Greg Lathum of Kelso, Mo., and John and Carie Boswell of Scott City. They also have eight grandchildren.
