The landscape near the Kingshighway and Lexington Street in Cape Girardeau has taken on a new look with the construction of a new development. "We're talking to several potential tenants and we're excited about it," Rhodes said.

__Jan. 31__ -- The Rhodes Group and Banterra Bank hosted groundbreaking celebration for the Banterra Centre at 1650 North Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau, next to Plaza Tire. The new Banterra Centre includes more than 25,000 square feet of space available for lease.
