__What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?:__

The key qualification is believing in our children. The best qualities a school board member can have is the ability to listen to the people in the Advance school district. This must be a joint venture between the school board and the public if we are to be successful in educating our children.

__What do you see as the opportunities and challenges in the district?:__

Our greatest challenge is to see that our students get the best quality of education from kindergarten to the 12th grade and one of the main jobs and tasks of the school board is to ensure that we find the best educators and administrators to meet the challenges of educating our children in an ever challenging world.

__How will you communicate your work to your constituents?:__

I would encourage people to attend school board meetings to become knowledgeable and aware of how our school operates and feel free to contact me as a board member anytime if you have questions and concerns about our school.

__What are the factors on which you will base your decisions as a school board member?:__

One of the factors is: what's best for the students and ensuring that they receive a good education. We know that all school districts are limited by budgets, so we have to be good stewards of the tax payers money and to utilize our assets well.
