Journet claims he lived under government-controlled medical systems more than half his life. He stated in his letter that he is 63 years old. He has been a professor at Southeast Missouri State University since 1980. That would mean he experienced using these systems before he was 30 years old. Most people don't ordinarily need major medical care at that time of their life. If he had been in his 70s with heart disease, he might have had a different result.
