I was listening to the Kidd Kraddick show. There was a segment on a high school in North Dakota. An 18-year-old female student was seen smoking a cigarette off campus by a community member who told the principal. She was subsequently banned from attending the prom. First of all, it is legal for an 18-year-old to smoke off campus. I graduated from Central High School, and I don't ever remember rules such as that. I think this girl should appeal this to whomever has the authority to overturn it, because no one should miss her senior prom if she wants to go. I was just curious if anybody else found this to be wrong.
