Do you have questions about the upcoming elections and how they will affect Southeast Missouri? Are you interested in learning more about how we can make our future brighter? If so, I encourage you to tune in at 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 11, for the first congressional debate to take place in our district in a very long time. I will debate incumbent congresswoman Jo Ann Emerson, Larry Bill and Rick Vandeven. We'll discuss the economy, jobs, the wars and other topics important to our country and our home.

I will use the debate to make the case for why, if we want to bring jobs back, stop the bailouts and end these wars, we need to send new blood to Washington.
