SEMO District Fair, Cape Girardeau, Sept. 13-19. Ad hoc Perot group will maintain a 20 by 20 tent booth welcoming all visitors. Activities include presidential straw ballot and availability of Perot memorabilia for donations to be sent to the Bureau of Public Debt (IRS channel for contributions toward the federal deficit). Eighth Congressional District county leaders are especially invited to spend time at the tent booth titled "Election '92."
