To the Editor: The movie review in the May 2nd newspaper gave a NC-17 rated movie three stars. Even though they clearly stated this was a new form of "Adults only" rating, he said it was not that lurid. How lurid does a movie have to be? NC-17 is nothing more than a sugar-coated ploy to attract moviegoers to a X-rated movie. Since when are x-rated movies reviewed...

How lurid does a movie have to be? NC-17 is nothing more than a sugar-coated ploy to attract moviegoers to a X-rated movie. Since when are x-rated movies reviewed.

We are the only ones who can make sure this down not reflect our community. Make sure NC-17 rated movies get the same stigma as x-rated movies because this is what they are. Let's finally stand up to Hollywood and protect our children at any age.
