THE PUBLIC MIND: ILLINOIS RESIDENT OFFERS PRAISE FOR CAPE

Cape Girardeau Missouri.

A beauty untold of a city so bold withstanding disasters of time.

It stands alone on the banks of the mighty Mississippi and surrounded by forests and hills.

Brought to life by Louis Lorimier through time. The history of this city is everything but boring.

When I was a child over 40 years ago, I can remember all the changes through time. I moved away in 1974. I frequently visited this city on my way through to Thebes, Ill. Some of my relatives live in Cape Girardeau.

I can't believe the growth of your city. Each time I visit, the more beauty and growth I seem to find.

I would like to congratulate all the people who are responsible for the growth and maintenance of such a beautiful place. I find myself astonished each time I visit. I wish you the best luck in the future.
