Dear Editor:

My mother, Mrs. Alberta Spicer Kemp, sent me a copy of your Black History Edition. I was born and raised in Cape. Thank you so much for something so positive. It touched me dearly. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It was beautiful. I'm the niece of Dr. Edward Spicer.

Next year please give us, more, more. I'd like to give you something to begin researching on for next year. My grandfather, Mr. John Spicer, helped build Holy Family Church which was an all Black Catholic Church. All the Black Catholics and some non-Black Catholics went to school and church there. It was in South Cape.

Please keep my address so that next year you can mail me a copy direct. Please send me 10 copies of this year's Black History Edition.
