Recently my car died on South Kingshighway. A young man named Chris stopped and used the code reader he had to determine what was wrong with my car.
After the code pulled and read that my crankshaft sensor was bad, he took me to O'Reilly's to get the sensor and replaced it for me. He took an hour of his time to help me and saved me a lot of money to have taken my car to the dealership to have this replaced, including a tow fee.
Given the relatively disturbing week we collectively experienced, this random act of kindness was a valued reminder that we have the power to make our interactions with one another positive and helpful.
