Thanks for Fill the Boot donations

To the editor:The Sikeston Department of Public Safety wishes to thank the citizens of Sikeston and the surrounding area for helping to make this year's Muscular Dystrophy Fill the Boot campaign so successful.

This is the fourth year that the DPS has led the area's fire departments in collections. This year's total was $14,350.42.

Again, thank you so much for your assistance. This success was only possible because the generosity of the citizens of Sikeston and the Sikeston area.
