Thanks for backing Jackson issue

To the editor:

The administration and board of the Jackson School District would like to take this opportunity to thank voters for their support of the high school bond issue.

The district will be able to move forward on plans for the much-needed improvements and additions to the high school facility. Jackson students will benefit from this support for years to come.

There were so many parents, community members, teachers and students who gave up countless hours to help get the information to the public regarding the high school issue. Their tireless effort was greatly appreciated.

Thanks to all of the supporters who have taken the time to research the issues at the high school and cast their votes to support the improvements. We have appreciated all of the comments and suggestions that voters have expressed over the past year.

The community has once again demonstrated "Jackson Pride" for our schools.
