Teachers appreciate reception

To the editor:

On behalf of the Cape Girardeau Community Teachers Association, I wish to thank the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce for hosting the teachers appreciation reception. Aug. 16. The food was delicious, and the many door prizes donated by area businesses were most appreciated. It is a pleasure to serve the Cape Girardeau community as we educate its youths. We are thankful for the chamber's continued support of our endeavors.
