Thank you for the article in the Southeast Missourian (March 8, 2015) about the "Introduction to Centering Prayer" program at St Mary's Church on March 21. I want to let your readers know how to register for the program and where you can go to practice Centering Prayer here in Cape Girardeau.

There are at least two Centering Prayer groups that meet weekly in Cape Girardeau which are open to anyone who wants to practice Centering Prayer (meditation). One meets at 5:30 p.m. Mondays at Christ Episcopal Church, which I have attended for years, and another meets at 8:30 a.m. Saturdays at the Yoga East Studio on Broadway.

There will be an "Introduction to Centering Prayer" program offered from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 21 at St Mary's Church in Cape Girardeau. To register or to get more information, please contact me. You may also go to www.contemplativeoutreach.org and Facebook: Contemplative Prayer Cape Girardeau.
