We started the feature in an effort to generate readers' interest in writing to U.S. service personnel in the Persian Gulf region. I HAVE A question I would like an answer to. What are the laws stipulating DWIs? If a person has had three DWIs within a 2-year period, do the other two come upon that? I'm concerned the person is going to do it again. Thank you.
