I JUST wonder if the city ever makes people clean their yards or mows their grass. We own property on South Spanish and behind the houses starting from 219 to 223 S. Spanish is a terrible mess. What a shame. People don't care about their property or try to keep the value up. The health department should step in if there is one in Cape or Jackson. There are snakes, rats, etc. behind these properties. Thank you for trying to keep gangs out of the northeast part of Cape. We appreciate this very much.
THE YOUTH of today are being raised by the Vietnam era adults. This means something went wrong for this age group. They want this and this and that. The children are raised the same way. You have to give as well as receive if you want to be a true American.
