Tired of flood victims

I AM so sick and tired of hearing about the flood victims. I sympathize with the people who are real long homesteaders who've lost their homes but these people who live on the river and get flooded away and Red Cross and welfare steps in and gives everything back to them so they can stay and go back again. How about the real victims, the people who work on the river and suffer and can't get anything and can't get any help? And these people just sit there waiting for people to just jump in and give it to them and help them out. You know people are really getting tired of this.
