Library computer is good

I WOULD like a comment to the person who called in about the library. I too deplore the loss of the card file that I depended on. Since then, I have mastered the computer and have found it to be easier to locate a book and whether or not it is available at this time. The computer covers so much information in a shorter span of time than the cards did. I can find out if there are any holds on the book I wanted or when it is due back or is on the shelf. Also, I can go the computer on a subject and find if there is any information on what I am looking for. There is so much more you can do with a computer that you were unable to do with a card file. Let me also state that the computers are in great shape. If they aren't, it is because the patrons of the library have abused them. If you think this is a young person, let me disillusion you as I happen to be 70 years old. You can learn new things if you just try. I love my library and would be lost without it. And the people that work there are so very helpful every time I need help. The library is there for you to use and enjoy.

Thanks for interesting program

WE HERE in the Heartland are always expressing our feelings about things that go on here at home, one way or the other. Just how many loved the program our own dear Mike Shain had on the other night, "Made in the Heartland"? It was so interesting and so educational. I loved every moment of it. Keep up the good work, Mike. Your programs are always great. I am a faithful listener, especially to "Made in the Heartland."
