Thank you to our city workers, businesses and homeowners for fighting the war on litter in Cape. Your work is noticed and appreciated. We know all who care will do their share.
This message is for the Cape County commissioners. Bloomfield Road now is in worse shape than a lot of the county roads you've paved down on farm land in the south part of the county, around Delta, Chaffee. Actually, this road is deplorable. I'm sure if any of the county commissioners had to live on this road and drive on this everyday, it would be repaved completely.
I'd like to comment on the condition of the railroad tracks at the four-way stop in Jackson where the train sits. It is terrible condition. I was almost hit today from cars swerving to miss the worse spots, and I think the state needs to be working on this railroad track, or somebody. It is terrible.
When are people going to stand up to the school board and say "enough is enough?" People ought to be able to wear what they want to school. As long as it's nice, don't have to be dressy, nothing with holes or baggy stuff. This being told what to wear is getting ridiculous. When are people going to stand up to this?
I would like to thank the kind person who found my purse in the Jackson Wal-Mart parking lot on July 30 and turned it in to the office. I just want to say thank you to that person.
