Trump has declared bankruptcy four times and cost the banks and people lots of money, and you want him as your president. You have got to be kidding.
We want to say "thank you" to the very nice young lady who paid for our meal at the Texas Roadhouse on the evening of Wednesday, Aug. 19.
According to the National Journal, the Republican coalition relies primarily on older, non-college whites. There aren't enough of them to win the White House. There just aren't. But instead of increasing their base of support, the presidential candidates have, for the most part, with Donald Trump leading the way, doubled down on appealing exclusively to these groups and their white anxiety.

School is back in session and, yep, SEMO's server is down, again. Our daughter tried to pay her tuition and, nope, wouldn't go through. And she tried to do a homework assignment last night and, nope, server down. When is SEMO going to spend some money to get a decent computer system or IT people who can fix the problems quickly? This isn't new, as years ago my son had trouble with access to SEMO's system. And when he complained, do you know what their IT department told him: "You shouldn't wait to the last minute to do your assignments." Well, our son was working full time and he didn't have the luxury of some students who don't have to work while going to school. Come on, SEMO.
Can't anyone else see that Trump is in cahoots with the Clintons? He met with Bill and now he's blasting other Republicans, not Hillary. He's attempting and succeeding until voters get their eyes opened, and damaging the party's name and reputation. Wake up, voters.
