What we really need to do is to pray for all of our presidents, for our nation and pray that everybody will worship God, and that God is Jesus Christ.
We have tried again and again in this forum to warn people about it, but few, if anyone, seemed to pay attention or care. Now, it's too late. We are in the beginning stages of the biblical 40 days and 40 nights.

In general, since prayer has been removed from the schools the school system has deteriorated. Now, the military, who we rely on for protection, is directing the chaplains to essentially remove God from its services. I wonder what could go wrong there?
There's a good reason congressmen get three months off. If they had any more time in Congress, they could make a bigger mess and interfere in our private business.

Frankly, I didn't like what I deemed a dismissive reference to "downtown historians" as being virtually the sole opponents to the construction of a cell tower in a historic area of Cape Girardeau. First of all, I know several historians who oppose the construction of the cell tower who don't live downtown. Secondly, there are plenty of people who live in the downtown area who are opposed to building the cell tower but who are not historians. I happen to be one of the latter. Rather, I am a downtown Speak Out caller.
