A recent caller touted the larger world that's out there as some liberal utopia that just isn't understood by the Cape Girardeau County conservatives. All I can say as someone who has traveled extensively is that the larger world that's out there is an absolute mess. And if you don't believe me, charge up your Chevy Volt and go see for yourself.

Rick Perry, the radical and demagogic governor of Texas, is apparently willing to allow the federal government take over and supplant the rights of the states in setting up money saving health care exchanges. Thus, in the name of states' rights, Perry and the pols who agree with him are asking for more federal intrusion.
