Thank you, city of Cape, for installing a beautiful new sidewalk near my house. The neighborhood needed it, schoolchildren needed it, and it makes walking safer. The workers were polite and friendly. Golfer score card

A young golfer just signed an incorrect score card and was denied a trip to the U.S. Open. He must be a conservative because he blamed himself and took full responsibility. If he was a liberal, he would have claimed some kind of victimhood and would have protested vigorously.

President's policy

So, President Obama is going to have the EPA enforce stricter regulations on coal-fueled power plants without regard for the increased cost for electricity to businesses and consumers or for the number of jobs lost through plant closings. He cares about nothing but his wild, left-wing agenda. If he has to completely change our way of life and make it less productive and less enjoyable, what does he care? He's well taken care of, so he doesn't have to worry. We will all be paying higher medical insurance premiums, higher electric bills and higher taxes for the rest of our lives to pay for Obama's selfish and misguided policies.
