God, guns

Yes, there's been another school shooting today out in Oregon. One student was killed. One teacher was wounded. The other student that was shooting killed himself. So we managed to get God out of the schools and get the guns in. That's just really great.

Cantor's loss

Eric Cantor lost his re-election bid in the primary, because he didn't do enough to try to uphold the Constitution, have a balanced budget or even have a budget at all. So that's why he lost. It's time for Republicans to wake up. Their constituents want them to be more conservative, to have a balanced budget, and to bring the country back to the greatness it had before.

Execute, already

Yes, I have my Friday and Saturday Southeast Missourian paper. Front page: "Bucklew case set for September." How long does this country have to keep supplying all the lawyers and everything that the murderers need to stay alive? When are we going to start making it mandatory to stop making a living for all the lawyers and the people that just keep milking the system? You murdered somebody. You're guilty. Get it over with. Either hang them, either firing squad. Get it over with. Next page. More of the same: "Judge grants execution stay." John Winfield. This man should have been executed a long time ago. This is ridiculous. They use everything they can. They had the time to do it. And me, as a taxpayer, and everybody else is supporting this. It needs to stop. We have let this country get to where the criminals have more rights than the working people.

Martin problems?

We've lived in the country for over 14 years now. And we have a martin house, and we've always had martins every year. But this year we haven't. And I just wondered, has anybody else had any problems, or was it because the weather was so messed up this year, or what? I'm just curious. Please call in and let me know.

Amen to Joe Sullivan on the trading of the terrorists. Everybody I know agrees with him.

Accident debris

I have a complaint regarding the street department. What's the deal with the debris from car wrecks at the stoplight at William and Farrar? It has been there since February. What's taking you so long to clean it up?
