Fix the roads

I am a taxpaying concerned citizen who drives my truck and my motorcycle on the roads every day. These roads are terrible. They are breaking down. Every one of those roads need to be looked over, and every one of them needs to be repaired. There are so many places I don't even know where to begin, but go down Clark Avenue; at the end make that turn. It is so torn up that it is ruining the tires on the vehicles, and here we are paying all this tax money. I am really disappointed in the city of Cape Girardeau for letting it get that bad, but I am grateful that I live in such a great city and a great state and a great nation. Let's keep it up.

How in the world can Dr. Wayne Bowen claim Canada's economy is in better shape than ours? Canada has socialized medicine, and I thought that, by definition, socialized medicine was the ruination of economies and the antithesis of free market capitalism.
