I'm listening to Fox News and a debate among several different people, both Democrats and Republicans, and they're talking about Obamacare whether it's good or bad. This is ridiculous at this stage, because if they look back and see how many changes Obama has made already since it passed the Congress, there's no way of predicting how many more changes he's going to make and what it's going to be like when he gets through making those changes. ...

More changes

I'm listening to Fox News and a debate among several different people, both Democrats and Republicans, and they're talking about Obamacare whether it's good or bad. This is ridiculous at this stage, because if they look back and see how many changes Obama has made already since it passed the Congress, there's no way of predicting how many more changes he's going to make and what it's going to be like when he gets through making those changes. Congress will not stop him, at least up to this point, from making these changes. They've let him get by with it.

No tax extension

If Cape was in such dire need of a fire station on Kurre Lane and a quality station could be built for about $5 million, according to fire chief Rick Ennis, why was $4.7 million spent on the beautification of Broadway instead of spending it on a fire station? What is most important, aesthetics or public safety? Until our tax-and-spend city council gets its priorities straight, it should not ask for more taxes or tax extensions from the citizens of Cape.

Health-care package

I would like to comment on our president and the health-care package that he's implemented on everyone. I think it's a big rip-off. It's not saving people money. It's costing people money. I have been a Democrat all my life, and I voted for Obama. And now I realize it's the biggest mistake I made since I've been voting. And I'm 61 years old. So, in 42 years, this has got to be one of the worst presidents we've ever had.
