I'M not sure Rush is a credit for the state of Missouri. I think he is more like a minus. But, I do applaud his generosity and helping a good cause. I am sure there are many good fundraisers, but that alone doesn't make you a credit. You have to have some substance to your character. I am not sure what Rush's character is, but he is a character.
I have seen the people at the different postal places picketing against stopping Cape Girardeau, Paducah, Ky., and some other distribution centers from being shut down. I recently moved; I had not moved for more than two years. It took two weeks for my first mail to finally get to me. I chased down a package for another almost nine days. I was told on more than one occasion that my mail that needed to go eight miles was being shipped to St. Louis in order to be rerouted those eight miles. So, why do we have a center in Cape Girardeau that is eight miles from Chaffee, Mo., that could reroute our stuff, but we send it 150 or 200 miles away to get it another eight miles? If it's that inadequate, then yes, they need to shut some of it down.
I am a Democrat and I don't take kindly to being called deranged by the likes of Rush Limbaugh. Instead of a bust of Limbaugh, they should have a likeness of the other end.
