Well, I just heard the president on the television saying that senior citizens have seen a decrease in the cost on their prescriptions. That's another one of his falsehoods. Ours has tripled, what we have to pay for any medications we get.

I went to the new movie, "Noah," this afternoon, the opening day. I'm so disgusted with this movie and the director. It's just terrible how sacrilegious it really is. Evidently, he never did even read the biblical scriptures and Genesis about it. He's so far out on the limb, it's pitiful.

I notice the news media is investigating Chris Christie over some type of a highway tie-up and all that. But why isn't there being investigation over Benghazi, where four U.S. servicemen died and Hillary Clinton was in charge? Hillary Clinton needs to be investigated. Remember when her husband was president, she had over 800 FBI files.

Storm sirens

Dog parks are fine, but some of us still cannot hear the warning signs for the weather. Tornado season is here upon us, and we still don't have what we need. Please, please ask them to put the sirens in.

The real truth

Now that the open enrollment period in the Affordable (Care Act) is over, please tell us the real truth. What happened? How many people signed up and actually paid their premiums who did not have insurance beforehand, so we know how many net people actually have new insurance? And then, how many people have lost their insurance, so what's the overall net, after some people have lost insurance and some people have bought new insurance? The people who didn't really sign up or people who didn't pay their premiums, they don't count, because they still don't have insurance. So what's the real net effect of this, and was it really worth all the expense?
