THOSE who are bothered by Cape Girardeau's downtown music should receive taxpayer subsidized earplugs.
FIFTY percent of children diagnosed with autism actually have another developmental disorder. Devices that look at the brain can specifically detect the nature of the brain disorder, and many times that can lead to treatment which will resolve the problem and liberate children, allowing them to lead normal lives instead of being entrapped by a misdiagnosis based solely on behavioral observations.

MR. Rust, I see you love to give credit to Mr. Bush for the HIV fight in Africa but choose to leave out how many billions of our tax dollars he spent. I would bet that you could put a child in office with unlimited funds and they could fix lots of problems in the world.
I wish the Cape Girardeau police would spend some time watching the stop sign on Grandview Drive where it crosses Lisa Drive. We have had several accidents there because of the number of vehicles traveling Grandview for a short cut, and most, if not all, run that stop sign. It will be too late when a child is killed or a big accident happens.
