GOP hypocrisy

I find it kind of hypocritical how the Republican Party would be against minimum wage increases for hard working Americans while voting themselves raises. It's the same old story: OK for them to get all the freebees and raises, but no one else.

Flatlined wages

Since 1979, middle class wages have flatlined while income for the upper class has increased by a percentage too large to fit in the newspaper.

Rubio's response

Did you hear President Marco Rubio, I mean Sen. Rubio's Republican response to Obama's State of the Union address? Sen. Rubio sounded so much more presidential with his vision of enabling America to be her greatest, noting that the government doesn't make America great, it is her people. But Obama laid out the old, stale, broken record response we hear time and time again from socialist liberals; if we let the government do this or that, we can make everything all good. Wrong. Yes, Mr. President, you have it wrong, but fortunately we have ideas that can actually work coming from our new Republican leadership.
