I have just one question for our governor and Missouri's Republican legislators who now are trying to cut the wages of those providing the sweat equity, building our roads and other government projects. Are the millionaire owners of these huge construction companies going to be asked to give up a large part of their income, or is it just the ones with calloused hands who are going to be asked to bite the bullet?
Why does the Wehrenberg Theater in Cape show the movies with such loud volume? Even wearing ear plugs it is so loud that it hurts my ears! I remember years ago this was not the case and should be corrected before someone loses their hearing.
With apologies to Jeff Foxworthy: If you don't know the difference between "stop" and "yield", you probably shouldn't drive in a round-about. If you either have no clue your car has turn signals or you don't know how to use them, you probably shouldn't drive in a round-about. If you are busy texting while driving, you probably shouldn't drive in a round-about. If you have no clue what "right of way" means and don't have a clue as to who has it when, you probably shouldn't drive in a round-about. Anyone have anything to add?
Let us face some facts. We are much more likely to be harmed by someone on drugs than by any form of terrorism. We are more likely to be harmed by someone we know than by strangers. The level of fear against mostly irrelevant things is what slows down success and joy in life. Turn off the TVs people and go outside.
Thank you, Donald Trump, for making Saturday Night Live funny again.
