Water bill
I have been out of town for the last seven and a half weeks. I just returned home and noticed in the mail that I received my city of Cape Girardeau bill for water and trash pickup, etc. They charged me $17 and change for my water that I haven't used in the last eight weeks. I was curious why they charged me when I didn't use any water at all. Could the mayor please answer this question?
