Will the parents or guardians that insist on blocking Hopper Road at 3 o'clock every school day please stop? I live off Hopper and have no choice but to take that route home. Every single day there is a parking lot in the middle of the road with people parking on both sides of the road and then there is a line of cars waiting to pull into the parking lot. ...

Will the parents or guardians that insist on blocking Hopper Road at 3 o'clock every school day please stop? I live off Hopper and have no choice but to take that route home. Every single day there is a parking lot in the middle of the road with people parking on both sides of the road and then there is a line of cars waiting to pull into the parking lot. If a firetruck or emergency vehicle needed to get through it would be almost impossible. Maybe Cape Girardeau Police Department or a teacher can stand and direct traffic? Surely there is a better, more organized way to pick up your students after their school day.
