On my recent visit to Schnucks supermarket, there were two young boys playing guitars for the Salvation Army. They were playing Christmas music, "Jingle Bells" and other things. And they really put me in the Christmas mood. May God bless you for your act of kindness. Thank you.
I'm not celebrating the birth of Santa Claus. I'm celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Thank you.
I want to say thank you to the person who called in earlier and left a little note about the Christmas light display on Capaha Trail that is off East Cape Rock Drive. It was super. Anybody that can should go see it. Those people sure did go to a lot of trouble.
My daughter and I would like to say thank you to the couple who bought our lunch at Steak and Shake about a week or so ago. I was on a walker, and he also helped me to be seated. Their kindness was greatly appreciated. God bless.
We know that there are many good people in this world. But it seems that we only hear about the ones who aren't so good. But here on Meadow Lane we have one of the good guys. James Dannenmueller cares about his neighbors. On a recent, very cold Monday evening, we heard the sound of a front-loader, and it was already dark. Well, thanks to him and his front-loader, we could get in and out of our driveways to our mailboxes and out the end of our street. He worked until everyone was clear. So, we wanted to say, "Thank you, James. You are one of the good guys. And we are glad to have a neighbor like you."

AP credit transfers to virtually any college or university classes in the U.S. In fact, research shows that the number of AP classes a high school offers is a good indicator of the quality of education available at that institution.
To the city engineer of the city of Cape Girardeau: How is reducing William Street to two lanes in certain areas going to increase traffic flow? It's going to do nothing more than form a bottleneck.
