Congrats to the Oak Ridge cross country team. And good job to coach Niswonger!

Some people need to learn restaurant etiquette. I was recently at a Cape restaurant. People were talking so loud, I practically had to yell my request to the waiter. They also were allowing children to carry on like they were on a playground. Please respect other patrons and keep your voices down and keep your children from yelling. Thank you.
Police should know there's a big traffic area around the Saint Francis roundabout. If they would just sit there and watch how many vehicles take advantage of one person going, and three or four go, and the rest of the people who are observing the rules and laws sit there and wait for their chance to go. It's ridiculous.
Too-big-to-fail banks have gotten even bigger. Sen. Elizabeth Warren is trying to bring back a repealed law which would separate commercial from investment banks. Surely there is strong bipartisan support for her crusade, right? Hmm, no.
The AP put out a hit piece on ethanol. It was an incorrect opinion. Ethanol is making our cars run cleaner than they ever have before. They run better, and it's good for the environment. Ethanol, obviously, will have some places where corn farmers are not doing as good a job as they should. But on the whole, corn farmers are growing more corn on less acres than they ever have before, with less pollution. We're using less fertilizer per bushel. We're using less chemicals per bushel. Everything about corn is becoming more efficient. And cars are becoming more efficient with ethanol. It's a good story of keeping money in the Midwest and helping the U.S. economy.
