Old buildings

THERE are at least 30 old buildings in Cape Girardeau and Jefferson school is just one. So what's the rush? Are city officials trying to generate jobs? I know there is a time and place for everything. Let's not forget about the old Marquette building.

Jobs available

I was watching the news and a man was saying he's got jobs and nobody will come work for him. He pays $105 a day up there in Washington state. Then it turned into a we need to get illegal workers in here push. Is it not enough that they already outsource our jobs to another country? You want illegals to come here and work and take more of our jobs? I suggest a little advertisement. I am sure somebody will come try to get a job.

Thinning the herd

THE kindest thing we can do for urban deer is to thin the herd. Too many deer will promote starvation. Let's show deer kindness and allow bow hunting to thin this herd. They do not have any natural predators.
