I am a Cardinal fan that is over 65. I can't afford cable or tickets to the games, especially during playoffs. Why can't the regular stations give us the scores every so often during the game? It's not fair to leave us wondering all the time. If a person doesn't want to see a movie with Jane Fonda, they shouldn't go see it. I think there's such a thing as forgiveness when it comes to what she did 40 years ago...
Cardinal scores
I am a Cardinal fan that is over 65. I can't afford cable or tickets to the games, especially during playoffs. Why can't the regular stations give us the scores every so often during the game? It's not fair to leave us wondering all the time.
Forgive Fonda
If a person doesn't want to see a movie with Jane Fonda, they shouldn't go see it. I think there's such a thing as forgiveness when it comes to what she did 40 years ago.
Liberal Dems
In East St. Louis, there are potholes so large that they could swallow a fuel-efficient car whole. None of the stoplights work, yet they were able to come up with enough money for street signs to rename a major thoroughfare "Barack Obama Boulevard." This shows the mentality of liberal Democrats who control our crumbling cities.
Balanced budget
There would be no reason for Congress to ever raise the debt limit if the government would spend a little less money than they have incoming. The debt would decrease. You just have to spend less money than you bring in. It's called a balanced budget.
Premium increase
To the caller who said Obamacare doesn't affect the insured: I was notified my premiums were to double Jan. 1. Additionally, my spouse, a state employee, went from a $1,500 deductible to a $5,000 deductible with the same premium. Perhaps you should re-evaluate your comment.

Obamacare outcome
If Obamacare is this horrible law, then why don't the Republicans just let it go through and implode and in turn win back the Senate and presidency? It's because they know people will like it.
Military support
I did not think that our government could make me more angry at them than I am already am. They did. When you have a 13-year-old war where we are still losing our military men and women and have to have a charity to offer to pay for the death benefits for our fallen instead of our own government, it makes me sick. I am a disabled veteran. My government makes me sick.
Premium blame
How is anyone going to blame Obamacare for their insurance premiums going up? Every single year since I left college, my health-insurance premiums have gone up double digits. I can assure you that has been happening long before Obamacare was even a thought. Stop blaming premium increases on Obamacare. It's a tired, extremist talking point and nothing more.
Obama promises
Do you remember when Obama promised that Obamacare would provide universal coverage while reducing costs and improving the quality of medical care. It's now clear to everyone, even his biggest supporters, that he was lying at the time or just plain doesn't get it. This man has been over his head since his first days in office. He talks a very good game, but he is not an honorable or smart leader. Hillary Clinton was right.
Political spin
President Obama has lied to the American people from the beginning. Almost everything he said about the Affordable Care Act is turning out to be just political spin. It is an almost total debacle. I'm glad that he was able to score a political point and make history. In the process, he may have irreparably damaged the credibility of those who want to do good in government. What a hypocrite.
