Police: Help yourself

I'VE GOT to wonder why the police sit in the same spot all the time on streets. The officer sits there sometimes for a couple of hours. Golfers can afford it

I THINK we picture golfers as being well-off business people who can afford the cost of golfing. We all hear about the deals made on golf courses. So maybe they can afford a little extra to help out the community.
