There are 1,400 licensed dog breeders in Missouri. Proponents of Proposition B can find only two bad examples. Licensed dog breeders are already regulated and inspected by the Missouri Department of Agriculture. According to the Department of Agriculture, not one of the licensed breeders in Missouri can comply with the extreme regulations put forth in Proposition B.

This is an attempt to close legitimate businesses that contribute to Missouri's economy.
