I don't know if government-run health care would be reflective of the government-run postal service, but I have rented a post office box for 20 or so years and could count on mail being placed in my box daily between 8:30 and 9 a.m. This was perfect, because I could pick up my mail on my regular trip to the bank, carry it back to the office and process it throughout the balance of the day. In the last several months my mail has been arriving in my box later and later in the morning. Many days I have had to return to the post office a second time and sometimes a third time to get my mail. This disrupts the flow of work at my business. I would hope that the postmaster would correct this situation or, for those of us on a schedule, e-mail us informing us as to when we might expect mail in our box.
